Android HU for 2005 C230

My apologies if this subject has been discussed fully before but I've been away for some time. I just got a 2005 C230 for my daughter and I want to get her a nice head unit. I have a Pioneer that I like pretty well (though there are some features that just drive me around the bend like changing radio stations) but Android head units seem like a good way to do.

I remember years ago, there was a Chinese unit that was physically a direct replacement but I don't know what's available now.

Does anybody have any experience with these units? Suggestions? Stock look is not important but ease of use is as well as economy.

edit: I guess the most important features might be useful to know: nav, backup camera, radio, bluetooth, micro SD memory would be nice but USB would be acceptable.

Go to Aliexpress.com and go to the car audio section and enter your car in there and see what comes up. They almost always have units that are plug and play.
