2004 Mercedes c320 transmission problems

Hi, I have a 2004 Mercedes c320 4matic. I have visited this fourm many times to cure my mercedes in the past, but now I just can't figure out what the problem is.
I had the infamous transmission won't shift out of first problem and I followed the guide on here to replace the conductor plate and the plug for 722.7 transmissions
But when I tried to get it to drive the first time if shifted like a dream I couldn't feel the transmission shift it was so smooth.
Then I cut it off all set i thought, but when I tired to drive it again it wouldn't let me go out of first.
So I checked for leakes
Checked to see if the transmission oil leaked to the the TCM [Nope]
Cleaned the transmission plug again just to be sure. Then I tried to drive it shifts fine but when I stopped to turn it around it wouldn't leave second
So I check for codes and I had p0705 reset it and now i keep getting
p240c the selector lever position sent from control unit n15/5(electronic selector lever module control module) via can bus is implausible.
I've replaced the conductor plate with another new one still nothing
check the fluid levels
check the gear shifter for any leakage and cleaned any gunk found.
