What Frequency is my Key Fob?
Hi everyone, this may be frowned upon by many other members, but I'm in the process of purchasing a cheap key fob for my 2002 CL203 Coupe, from China. There are names and frequencies that they advertise, but I have no clue what they mean for me.
Things like 'Original NEC' and 'BGA'. Also the 315MHz and 433MHz bands that apparently Mercedes uses. The thing is, as I've already stated, I have no clue if they're applicable to me. I fully understand that it probably isn't best to purchase a potentially cloned device, but it is the better option than forking out more money than I have to purchase a fully genuine key from the dealer.
Is there any way to find out any frequencies, or any other info on my current key fob?
