2004 c230 start issue

Plus, it's too easy.
First: The engine does not turn over once. Look at the pulleys.
The engine moves ~~1 degree (out of 360).
Second: Why did you say the ESP/ABS unit makes noise?
That noise is the stater free wheeling.
Do the following:
1) Get a volt meter.
2) Keep the leads on the battery.
3) Crank the engine and observe the voltage.
4) Tape/hold the leads to the battery cables, without touching the battery posts.
5) Crank the engine and observe the voltage.
The issue is that the starter is not getting enough voltage/current.
It could be a loose battery cable, a corroded cable, a bad battery, etc.
Since the engine "moved", I don't think it's a seized engine, nor a bad starter(gear), nor a bad (missing teeth) "flywheel" (actually, it's a "flex plate" on an automatic tranny
).Good Luck!
