Well I have a 2002 C240 and before the hate starts I know it's seen as bad. Here is my issue I have 12.38 volts I verified my precise box is working. I have verified power to the driver side interior fuse block and rear fuse block all fuses are good. I have no power at all in the under hood fuse block. I need to know where does it get power direct from the battery/precise block or from where? Is there a power stud at the block I ask so I can add 12 volts to there to see if I can start the car. Any advise is greatly appreciated and thank you for the help and advice.
