eBAY. I believe they are chrome and he painted them black.

I agree with Citron.....IMO i don't like the chrome or black rings...they loook like crap!

Its all about personal preference, like how some people like Citron Green, when other people think it looks like puke

IMO, the black one is nicer than the silver/chrome one, but the chrome one would pass on a silver/silverish car.
