Cam solenoid leak SB expired?
At the dealer now, attempting to get the camshaft solenoid leak and harness repair done.
They’re telling me that SB-2009100001 is no longer open. It has not been done to my 2003 C230. Does anyone have knowledge of this or know who else I can call to doublecheck?
Thanks!

Update.
I spoke to someone in MB Customer Service, they said the SB is open but the work had already been done to my car.
That’s strange because the harness extensions are definitely not installed. I called the dealer a month ago, before scheduling the service and they said the work had not been done.
I wonder what’s going on...

Thanks. I’ve got the parts ordered.
I did get the final answer from the service writer. Apparently, MB terminated the service campaign so SB-2009100001 has officially ended.
It’s kind of strange since the text of the original SB says that it will never expire. Cutting costs by terminating long term obligations I guess. It’s been in effect for a few months short of 10 years.
The dealer inspected my car and said they thought it would be ok once the magnets were replaced and the harness extensions installed. Quote was for $750–I’ll do it myself thanks.
When I get a chance, I’ll upload images of the notifications. Here’s what it looked like today.
BTW, the quote for work if a new harness is needed is over $7500.
