Front Passenger Door Open Alarm (Warning) while the door is closed
Hi all,
The dashboard is throwing an alarm that the front passenger door is open even though the door is closed.
I have tried to interchange the door contact switch (sensor), took the one of the driver door and interchanged it with Front Passenger door, but still getting the same error. that means the contact switch is working properly.
Tried to look for fuses controlling this, and found Fuse 21, checked it and it's working perfectly.
Am not sure where else to look regarding this.
Any ideas?
Thank you all.

Did you try to "close" (push) by hand? or just only test closing the door? I had the same problem yesterday and was the plastic piece where the door lock, if there is no plastic or broken, the switch don't get deep enought

Yes, I did push it but still nothing.
I even interchanged it, I mean took the one on the driver's door and put it passenger's door (the door with the issue) and and took the one on the passenger's door to the driver's door and worked for the driver's door but still not on the passenger's door.
that's why I think the problem is not the switch but something else. just don't know what it is.
