Otherwise, reboot works - simply amazing. Now I just found out my driver door window's auto-up failed. More warranty work to come.
For the auto-up window failure, try holding the window switch up until the window closes, then hold it there a few seconds. It should reset the auto-up feature. This sort of thing happened to me when I disconnected the battery to swap out my radio.

mercedes e500 sport
I NEED MAJOR HELP!..i have a 2003 e500, while driving today 3 malfunctions occurred on my dash esp/bas/abs along with a message that states defective visit workshop. i parked the car, came back outside a couple hours later, started the car and the steering wheel was stiff as if the engine wasnt on. then i tried to drive the car but it wouldnt shift into the next gear, rpm's were high. can anybody tell me what the problem could be or a solution to fix the problem? also could the auxiliary battery have something to do with this?

THE C350
You should post in the e class section but sounds like you need someone with Star to take a Look at it. Either a dealer or someone who owns one depending on where you live there are a few of us who have a star computer.

BTW the car won't shift because it is in limp mode. which is usually something serous or annoying to diagnose when it goes into that mode.
