C320 W203 2000 model
C200 w203 automatic vibrates in Drive and Reverse gears.
Mercedes C200 W203 M271 automatic started to vibrate when engaged in drive and reverse gears.Anyone who ever experienced this and how did u solve it?

Is the RPM dropping and causing the engine to lug?
Could be a few things. I remember the car idling rough when the alternator pulley seized (the car also makes a chirping noise when in gear and not rolling). Other than that, check the small diameter hoses (no idea where they are on your diesel engine) for cracks. Then it's onto the MAF and O2 sensors.

The RPM is not dropping. Vibration is only in Drive and reverse.ln park and neutral no vibrations at all.

Does the vibration only happen if the car is perfectly stationary? In my case (seized alternator pulley) the vibration disappeared the instant I started to roll in both D and R, even if it was at a baby crawl. The vibration also went away in P and N.
