Window screen winds noise

I have just had the window screen replaced. after the last one was damaged. I now seem to have excessive wind noise, similar to what you get from the side mirrors but a lot louder, I notice that the lower screen sealing strip seems to be missing between the screen and the plastic window wiper cowling, thinking this was the cause I have blocked by taping it up, but it didn't seem to make any different, after reading other coments in other forums that the cause could be the side and top sealing strips lifting up due to wind pressure so I have also covered those with tape as well but there is no chage in the noise which starts to become prominent from about 40mph and increase as the speed increases.
Has anyone had an issues similar to this and if so what was the cause and the way of fixing it

more tape until the noise stops?

if you have a sunroof, drive at 50 mph and have someone stand up through the sunroof with a length of tubing in one ear, the other end of the tubing fixed to a stick or wand so one can move around the free end of the tubing, searching for the noise origin.

Suspect cabin ventilation system? What would have to have been moved/changed to replace the windscreen?

Thanks for the reply.I don't have a sun roof and I have taped all areas of the winshield and I still have the same noise, but your suggestion of the possibility of the air conditioning vent could be a reason is worth checking out to see if there is any thing out of place.

I have noticed during my investigations into the cause of the wind noise that the connecting plug to the "Air Quality Module", which is supposed to control the air circulation during pollution ect, and which is attached to the underside of the wiper motor cover, has been broken and is being held in place by electrical tape, and I'm wondering if a poor connection at the plug could be the cause of the problems as the wind noise seems to be eminating from the bottom of the screen and even though it seems to get louder as you increase speed it is not constant and pulses like wind gusting past a slightly opened window. Does anyone know how this module actually operates or had any similar problems
