Ignition Key not being accepted in the ignition Bunk
Hi
Please i need help my keys fell in water last year but one when i went to durban in the sea. I quickly noticed within time and did the procedure of opening the key bunk and cleaned properly and let them dry. After about 6hours i then tested the keys to the ignition and it worked. The problem now seems to be recurring each time after say between a period of 3 to 6 months i need to clean the bunk as the case is wornout and i suspect maybe moisture could be affecting the keys inside and everytime i do the cleaning it works. what could be the permanent solution to this problem rather than cleaning each and everytime and im afraid of getting stuck in the middle of the bush.
