Bi-Xenons installed.....a couple of problems

I bought some used euro bixenons and just recently installed them. The xenon low beams and turn signals work fine. The problem is that I can't get my high beams to stay on. They will flicker then turn off. I also installed some euro impact strips, but after I installed the bixenons I keep getting a check front parking light for both sides. I've already tested both parking bulbs and they work fine if I turn the light switch to illuminate just the parking bulbs, but when I turn on my headlights, the error message pops up. I'm stumped. I'm thinking about disconnecting the battery and letting the computer reset, but I'm not sure that will help. Could it be a blown fuse? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

TIA,
Jon L.

There is a 25KV ignition pulse, to light the bulb. Is it possible that low voltage wires are routed near the thick high voltage wires, that permits a large induced pulse on the low voltage section of the lamps?

If so, changing the wire routing, to increase the gap between the high voltage wires and the low voltage section may correct the problem.
