i wanted to know if all mercedes platforms use the same command system. I could get my hands on a command systme for an s class. Do you guys know if it will fit or even work in my w203.

Hello Bennie,

Let me help you with this issue: S-class uses 2.5DIN comand vs the 2.0DIN comand for the W203 class. Meaning that it will NEVER fit!

hey sunman, where can i find the software upgrade for my COMAND so i can get the SAT function?

 

It will fit...either on the rearseat or in the trunk...maybe even in the dash if you are skilled with a jigsaw...won't work though, no matter wether you wil get comand 2.5, comand 16/9 or DVD comand of an S-class.
