I failed smog recently for monitors not ready o2s. Kept driving and the code wouldnt reset. Then i reset the codes On a hand scanner in hopes of fixing it and now am stuck with both o2s and cat monitors not ready drove around 100+ miles since last reset and keep trying the drive cycles but nothing seems to be working, any advice is appreciated

Checked coolant temp and battery voltage both are fine. Any advice? Pls i am slowly loosing my mind trying to figure out what is wrong with my vehicle. SOS
