Today I noticed that my temperature gauge on my 04 c240 is going up to a little less than 100 when I am at idle. Gauge goes to around 80 when driving. The fan does not seem to be kicking on when I turn on my ac either. It blows cold air when driving but just room temp air when stopped.
The car has coolant and it does not appear to be leaking.
I have had the car for about 7 months but first time with warmer weather and it is the first time I am noticing it.
Any suggestions?

I checked the fuse and it is good. The fan turns on when I turn on the ac but unless I press the gas it is just room temp air.
I drove it for about 15 minutes in highway and the temp was good once I stopped at the drive through it say for about 5 minutes and temp went up. It never reached 100 on the temp though.
Do you think it is still the fan?
