Oil in coolant tank
Hello. C270 cdi has weird oil leakage. Catching some oil in expansion tank. Changed oil cooler, twice flushed cooling system. Still thin layer of oil comes into tank. Every 200 300 km cleaning with a wipe. I dont understand, also mechanics too. Someone tells me, that blown head gasket, some tells, that is not blown headgasket. Also coolant overflowing the cap. Cap new. I did co2 test in cooling system, but was compromised by overflowing antifreeze. Also not blowing hot air in the cabin. Any ideas? This car pain in my head. There is no mystic in here. Anyone has the same problem? BTW, car is not overheating. 90-94 temperature. Thank you.

Is there coolant in your oil? It's got to be coming in from somewhere if this is the case.
Are you sure it's engine oil? Early W203s have a known problem of transmission fluid and coolant mixing in the radiator.
Check to see if you have a Valeo brand (bad) radiator installed. if you do, have it replaced before it takes out your transmission.

Are you sure it's engine oil? Early W203s have a known problem of transmission fluid and coolant mixing in the radiator.
