I have on 05 c230 sports sedan. I bought some 18" but they didn't fit, I needed spacers. I bought some from HR for my car but they couldn't slide through on the rotor, they were a bit tight. Can someone tell me what will fit my car? I need 10mm. This is the first car that I bought which requires spacers for larger wheels. The wheels without the spacer just barely touches the brakes.

 

if the spacer fit, then it's fine even if they are a bit tight. You wouldn't want the spacer to move around while driving would you?

also if the 15mm spacers you got cause the tires to rub (i assume you have the 15mm. if not pls correct me), I think you can contact TireRack/Luke and they should have some 5mm spacers by order.

it won't fit because those spacers are too thick to slide into our hub, machine the inside a little bit and you'll be fine. I have 15mm spacer and i need to machine the inside part so it'll fit, downside is, the mouth will get easily bend so be carefull when mounting the wheels.

 

Afrin, I have 5mm spacers from H and R if you want them...I'll let them go for 30 dollars...I just purchased them because I bought AMG brakes but I just sold my car and I am parting out my car......

 

you could just get wheels that fit properly
