MAF and New Air Filter Question

If I add a new ITG filter, will I get Mass Air Flow Meter problems. I know a few 202 people with MAF problems. I thought the extra oil on the ITG filter might ruin the MAF over a period of time.

as long as you don't over oil the filter and it doesn't get sucked into/onto the MAF you should be fine. What happens mostly is just over oilage and the excess oil gets sucked onto the sensor causing it to go whack.

I believe the same holds true for the w203 or any MB's MAF when using air filters with oiling.
