j/kactually, since it was totally unexpected, and it was part of my wife's deal in buying her C320SS, I got her some knick-knacks from the Parts Dept (flat hood MB badge, windshield sun visor thing). Since it is a 2004.5, I now have to get her the '05 mirror blinkers, and get rid of the amber corner lights, probably some SilverVision bulbs. Not planning on too many mods for her car, other than window tint and maybe a rear spoiler.

I figure if we meet at 3:00pm, it gives everyone a chance to get gas (if needed), and something to drink/eat, before the 3:20 PHOTO SHOOT.
Then we can take off by 3:30-35 to get to INDUSTRY by 4pm.
How's that sound ? Just be there for the 3:20 photo op.

We'll meet at "The Block" in Orange County around 3pm on Saturday the 21st. D&B seems to be the location. We'll leave about 3:45 for the 4:30 MBWorld meet in City of Industry.

There's no way the COUPE and SEDAN are exactly the same.
The COUPE does not have B-Pillars, and no plastic base underneath where B-Pillars would be anyway. To get to the blue/brown wire he was talking about, I had to remove the entire rear interior panel, and seat belt metal frame at the bottom, without messing with the side air-bag. And for someone like me who is electrically impaired, I have no clue how to tap a wire that's only 3 centimeters long going into a plastic assembly. I asked a local radio install shop here in SD, and they wanted to charge $45/hr labor.
The pictures don't match the COUPE set up at all. Oh well... I'll figure it out some other way. no biggies. Just my own frustrations.
