AC issue m112 v6 w203

Hello!
I have this problem with my AC the passenger side blows cold air when it’s on cold works perfectly, but the driver side blows kind of warmer air, if I turn the knob to hot it blows hot but all the way to cold it blows probably 72-73 degrees.
When you switch the position to the blower to blow in your feet , windshield etc. it works as supposed, but the issue is only on the driver side it blows but not cold.
So I thought it might be the actuator for the drivers side, but today I talked to one of my friends and he said he had the same issue and he mentioned something about stop valve from the water hose that gets from the radiator to the coupe.
So I guess I need some help before I start taking apart the dashboard and realize is not the actuator, but it’s this hose that my friend was talking about.
