It takes special jigs (fixtures/tools) to remove and assemble a supercharger.
You can see if there are any local places that specialize in supercharger rebuilding. But, that will likely be expensive. In USD, figure between ~$800 to $1,200.
There are sellers on ebay that ship to other countries.
On ebay, search for the supercharger part number:
2710901880
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fro...01880&_sacat=0
NOTE: Since you would be a new user, I suggest you send a message to the seller first. Let them know that you are a new ebay user, you signed up to buy a used supercharger for your car, and you are okay if the seller wants to wait for the payment to clear.
Ask about shipping. Also, the seller may require that you sign for the package in person.
Also note that you are getting a used supercharger. You must change the supercharger oil. And, it is hard to say how long any used part will last.
I suggest that you go with a seller with a high rating and a high number of feedback ratings. They are more likely to sell parts that they feel are good.
A new or smaller seller, may sell any part, even if they think that the part is marginal.
Good luck!

MB mechanic says theres a groaning noise under part throttle he thinks is either a engine mount or supercharger problem.
i just got this car so im not looking forwards to 3.5 hrs MB service minimum on a $5000+ dollar part.
what kind of noise are you thinking is a supercharger problem?
Im also hoping to source a refurbished maybe used supercharger if it is indeed broken.
as i understand it, My research says it may also be the recirculation throttle blade is faulty.
it is needed under part throttle and supposed to fully close under full throttle for max boost.
