God I love the color Pewter!!!! Nice ride man! May I ask why the switch? Also I would consider that next but I still love the Pano Roof. Hopefully someday it will make its way into the CLK!!! That and I actually like the hatch for certain things. But alas if I go CLK I think it would be the CLK55. Next new one will just have to be an AMG if I can afford it. Although I am thinking of a C36 so I do not have to fork over all the dough on a new one. Have a hard time justifying that much money for a car at this time in life. Nice ride dude!!!

mctwin2kman: Thanks! Well... I've always wanted a CLK, and after owning the C230K for 2 months, I found that I keep looking at CLK on mbusa.com, and browsing on W209 forum just drooling... What triggered it really is by cclass320 (Thanks buddy!) He recently just traded in his C320 for a Brilliant Silver CLK320. I just love the b-pillard-less body on the CLK! Plus it was an absolutely amazing offer I couldn't refuse. CLK55 is a great machine, I personally don't care about speed so... 320 is good enough for me

yeah 203 and 209 are really similar. i like the 320 alot, but especially after the LMT i fell in love with the CLK500.

i am with mctwin2kman, i wish the CLK had the pano roof. im not getting rid of my coupe anytime soon, but if they offered the CLK with pano roof and Citron Green, id have to give it serious conseration!

i too love the b-pillarless window. i had that on my 300CD and it looks so classy.

the thing is that the CLK interior is blue light... EURO Comand matches the orange in the C... So I didn't change it. Otherwise I do miss the British accent.

There's only like 6 stations here that have RDS... and it's stupid names... don't really care for it. but now I can listen to AM radio finally... I got NOTHING on Euro COMAND. All the news are on AM that's why... on FM there's only one BBC and it's not on 24/7.

so cal has RDS for pretty much everything. yeahthe AM stations being 9kHz apart can be agravating if you like AM.

Yang, great car man...i too just traded my C230k ss in for a CLK. But I went CLK500. I love the AMG body kit.. i just picked it up yesterday and will have pictures up tommorow.....I love the V8 302 HP vs. my supercharged 4 banger! I had the opporturnit to go with the pewter on black but I decided against it as it looked to old. I went with the Orion blue with the bage interior...looks sweet.....Anyways congrats..

i saw an orion blue CLK last week. looks awesome. when i go CLK it most likely will be orion blue unless they have some uncommon color like citron or amathyst to choose from.

LaZyC230K: thanks! The CLK320 definitely has more low-end torque. I don't have to go over 3000RPM to move in traffic really... But gas mileage definitely went down compared to the 1.8L. sportiness... well, the tires are H rated all season and it's 205 front, 225 back Continental 16" so it definitely doesn't handle as well, but the ride is a lot smoother and of course the engine's really smooth. It also sounds nicer than the M271.

x-tian-230k: Very nice! I love my CLK. Mine's Pewter on charcoal I like it. The other one is Ice Blue with cream but it's a 500... I don't need that much power... Congrats to you too!

C230\PV: thanks! I got 28 for my C230K and the CLK was listed at 51000 and I got it for 41000.

Too bad you are so far away, we could park next to each other and see how close the two look! I have a Pewter on Charcoal Coupe with Bi-Xenons! I love the look of the front, same reason I like the CLK so much. The only reason I said before about the AMG is because I just want a car with more power, I would be happy as a clam with the 500, but I love the AMG interior changes and exterior look as well. I parked in front of one at the local CVS one day in Black and it was sweet!!! Yours is a great pick though don't get me wrong. Someday like I said I may step up to the CLK, definetely if they ever add the Pano Roof to it! 320, 500, or 55 the 320 is quick enough for me, since I am happy with the Coupey anyhow speed wise!
