changing navigation screen

changing navigation screen
My boss has a 2005 s500 amg. His navigation is pretty much the same as the one in my 2005 c class.
I was driving his car the other day and i noticed that he made his naviagtion MAP screen the one that shows the roads, show not directly looking down at the city. He made it to where the screen still showed the roads but there was a horizon now. Like the picture tilted up 45 degrees and showed where you were still going but it also showed the whole city at the same time.
Sorry its hard to explain so i apoligize for the horrible description. Please let me know if you have any clue how to do it.
He said he has no clue how he got it, he was waiting in line at Del Taco and he changed it on accident.

its the new dvd nav. the new sl has it. it looks like a birds eye view. not 100% sure if its the comand or the dvd disc. me and my friend tried taking a 2005 sl dvd nav disc that has that feature and see if it would work on his 2004 e500 and it wouldnt. he has a w211 euro comand so maybe thats why it didnt work also.
