The MB has the comfort department hands down and will still get grins at an autocross track. Add the AMG swaybars for $200 and the handling is very similar the the plain 330i sport. Never drove a ZHP.

Again, it's probably best if you tried test driving both cars. I use my MB as a daily driver because of the comfort and my BMW for long, hard weekend drives out of the city (pretty much redlining as much as I can)
