...And the end of my Kompressor
A few weeks back, I posted a link about MB going to turbo instead of the supercharger, so I thought it would be a fitting title for what probably is my last post about my C230K SS.
I've had to throw in the towel on this car as it's become a pain and I've had enough. Ironically, the final nail in the coffin comes not from mechanical or electrical issues, but from the lack of space in the back. To most of you, no biggie. But my offspring has grown to the point where I just need more. An E might be better, but I'd rather wait until they've grown beyond the 'trash the car' phase. So, it's now the 'car is an appliance' phase.
This forum has been great and provided many interesting reads in the time I've lurked and posted.

that's unfortunate....but you've gotta do what you've gotta do right? haha, highest priorities now are those kids. sometimes i really dread looking forward to when that time of my life will arrive lol. but it's all good....good luck with your next car, and hopefully we'll see you back in another benz.

Plus, I can change the color of the car if I get bored or replace the panels instead of repainting them next time my car gets attacked a by a cart or vandalized again... My C was never quite the same after the bodyshop fixed the paint.
