i just spent about 30-45 mins cleaning it i used a bunch of cleaners that didnt work then i used a blade and scraped and scraped and i think i got most of it off.

Who cares? its a *** valet key. I think some people consume themselves with trying to find things to complain about. 
How often do you even use the thing?
I suggest you go back to the dealer and request a new one, and make sure you demand a loaner car for your inconvenience.

Hey don't worry about it, had the same problem with mine too, manufacturing problem, they'll replace it.... And to all you who thinks you don't need it, I did...
I was locked out of my car and had to use the valet key because the key was in the ignition.

Or get out of the car, close your driver door, leave the passenger door open, lock the doors, throw the keys in and close the passenger door.. make sure you have a spare on you and the valet key works
