Digital Climatronic in 05??
Hi All, nizmo924 just posted some pics of his car with COMAND and I noticed that he doesn't have the digital climate control.
Many of the MY05 pictures I've seen have the digital display when COMAND is installed - is this only a Europe thing? Is it possible to retrofit? (yes I did a search, and found a lot of older stuff, but no 05 stuff)
Also the C class brouchure says to "ask your MB dealer" as the digital climiatronic has "delayed availability"
Anybody know the scoop?

yhea even i would like to get the digital climatronic, but it not yet avaliable on US models. Only Clk 500 and CLK AMG come with it. Everything else including C55 is stuck with the regular one. You could however get one from Steve once he gets hold of the parts. His email address is s_krabbenborg@hotmail.com . Last time i checked with steve he still does not have the 05 digital climatronic. I would assume it might take another 6 months before we can see mass availability of it.
