2007 C280 M272 P0011 and P0015

2007 C280 M272 P0011 and P0015
Hello and Help,
I am somewhat new but have tried to do my due diligence and search the forum for answers and have not found a post to help. So here goes; my 280 (M272) has 2 codes, both camshafts on bank1, P0011 and P0015. The "A" Cam is reading advanced and the "B" is reading retarded. The car runs smooth and gets 25 MPG, never the less the codes.
Should I just replace the two sensors on bank 1? Any advice would be super appreciated.
