Steve!!
Steve, can you please tell me if Nokia 6091 will fit on my MB OEM Phone system?
I was wondering if you only need to change the phone part or the entire unit?
I will post some pics.

My guess is, that the Nokia 6091 won't fit in your car, though...

the black box is the AUX fan for the rear ventilation opening in your car...
In order to install that phone, you will have to get the proper control unit to go with it as well (which I have in stock) AND the complete wiring from front to rear as it is completely different compared to the wiring used for the 6310 kit.
I installed a phone like that last week in a german 1998 E55...I myself prefer the cellphone kits though.
