Turn Signal Left Mirror Warning on dashboard
Have a 2007 Mercedes C180 W203 which has been having the above intermittent problem. It happend a couple of weeks ago and I looked at all the forums and followed the guidance in removing the mirror and cleaning all the connections etc. Problem went away but it is back permanently. Took the mirror apart but the the main issue seems to be the LED lamp on the door mirror is permanently on. I measured the voltage with a meter and I have 12 volts all the time at the two terminals. Should I have 12 volts all the time or do I have a wiring problem? With the fault light on the dashboard, the front and back indicators work OK but it sounds like double speed on the flasher unit and the door mirror stays on but does not flash. I f I disconnect the LED bulb unit on the door, the fault light still stays on the dashboard and the front and back indicators work but it sounds like double speed on the flasher unit.
Any help folks would be appreciated.

The blinker LEDs don't have much circuitry. The actual "blinking" part is controlled by the front SAM.
Try swapping the other mirror LED assembly over and see if the problem goes away. Also try swapping your front and rear signal bulbs too. Process of elimination.
If everything fails, unfortunately it'll be your front SAM.
