Buell - that's the funniest thing I've seen all day.

Maybe my terminology is incorrect.
I can't really tell what exactly is underneath the Brabus bumper but the lip could be one of two things. If it is perpendicular to the airflow it is an airdam, this aero-feature keeps air from flowing underneath the car and producing lift (which enhances the downforce from the hood). If the lip is close to the ground and parallel to the airflow it is called a splitter, as it "splits" the airflow above and beneath the car. Splitters act a little like wings and are used to gain additional down-force at the front of a car.

We might have seen the same car....i saw a black SLK, suped up with graphix somewhere in the ALAHAMBRA area. Its had that shopping cart wing. It was actually pretty nice, but the wing had to go.
I wasnt considering the add on bumper piece the lip. The lip should go on the very bottom. It kinda looks that their might be a splitter there but I cant really tell. When I got my Brabus kit I wanted a splitter or chin spoiler on the very bottom. Brabus did not make it and still doesnt. Thats why I went custom. I figured he was talking about that because he didnt say the body kit.
