2005 Mercedes C230 Kompressor
P2044
I have a 2005 C230 Kompressor with 35k miles. It sat for 7 or 8 years before I got it. I have a P2044 (Reductant temperature sensor circuit low input) code.
I've searched the forums here and elsewhere and can't find an answer other than it might be a exhaust temperature/pressure sensor, but no such part exists as far as I can tell from searching parts suppliers.
I also have a P0442 code, and I've replaced the fuel cap and purge solenoid. There's plenty of info for this error and I'm going to have a smoke test done next, but I wanted to mention it here in case it's somehow related.
Any input on the P2044 code would be appreciated.
