Perfection and trouble free are not the same. No product manufactured in the world today can be truly classified as perfect. If you look hard enough you will find something that is not quite perfect in any product. My post simply says that new customers to the brand may have such high expectations of the product that the rattle that occurs when they drive over train tracks may be exaggerated as a major defect. To them it is a major defect because after all they bought a Mercedes. To someone else it may be inconsequential. If products were truly trouble free we would not have warranties.

When you have a dealer that can't fix simple problems that is just incompetence. Mutiple repairs for problems that the dealer cannot fix properly should reflect on the dealer not the manufacturer.

"at least it doesn't get too hot here!" Cute. Nice straight line. Really.

BTW, "Rest" function works nicely in our mild Winters.
Thought you would like that! It has been a nice spring so far. Yesterday (Mon) was really nice. Too bad I had to be at work all day....

Bob, I checked my auto-close on the sunroof last night. On my way home from work, I had it tilted up. I shut off the car and left it that way for a couple of hours. When I went back out, I started the car and tried the one touch close, and it worked just fine. I'm relieved that it works fine, but I guess it confirms that there is a problem with yours.
