ICELINK for Mercedes??? Will this work?

All,
I've been reading for the past few months this forum, and I've seen everywhere that there's no possibility of using the steering wheel controls and head unit with the IPOD. HOWEVER, looking on the Internet, I found a German site which advertises an ICELINK AUX-IN Ipod interface for MB that allows the HU and SW controls to work. However, I used an online translator for this...The link is below: iceLink: iPod Werksradio-Set für Mercedes Benz (Aux-Set)
So basically I just want to know if this is something new? or if the information on the page is incorrect...
Thanks...

It appears to be an AUX input kinda like the Command has. The site talks about volume control from the HU but no other control features are available; be in through the HU or the steering wheel buttons. HTH
