I have replacements for both sides
do I have to remove bumper and headlights or can it just be switched out with headlight in place ?

 

You don't have to remove the bumper completely. See this video from MotorKing on how to do it. But I would be very careful with these replacement harnesses. The replacement wiring burned out on mine after a few months, and some the reviews on Amazon mentioned the same problem. Ended up replacing with complete new headlight units. In any case, I would recommend using the OEM rated lightbulbs and not the higher wattage ones sold in auto part stores.

 

I just want it back to normal the wires are all cracked up anyone have a diagram or video on how to fix this
