C220 CDI
P1400 fault code - Limp mode activated
Hello all,

I have an 2007 C220 CDI (110kW) that has activated limp mode so it doesn´t rev over 3000rpm. I have a cheap OBD meter and it gives me error code:
"P1400 - DPFE Circuit Low Input (EGR switchover valve output stage (Y31 - 1)".
If I clear the error it comes back immediately.
Any advice where I should start looking?

And I would like to add that the acceleration of the car is really poor at the moment.
