EDIT - Although you DO make some helpful contributions to the board, you'll usually get a more favorable response if you'd restrain yourself from making a smart comment in almost all of your posts.

I did mine 2 nights ago and didn't use anything except the dental floss. I started with the hair dryer but noticed that all that did was heat up the letter but it didn't come off any easier. Remember that all it has is double side tape holding it so just use dental floss and use your finger to take off the excess tape. Once you take off the first one you'll see that you were drowning in a glass of water...It isn't as complicated as you are making it.
Totally Off and not we're not interested !!
DUDE, NOBODY CARES !!
This is a CAR forum, not a dating service, so who cares what anybody does after that ? Your homophobia might be something else in disguise, since you recognized the sticker so fast and got so emotional about it.
This isn't the forum, so I'd recommend that you let it rest so it doesn't come back to haunt you later on.
Like I said before NOBODY CARES, we only care about CAR opinions here.

Well in all fairness, the moderators once told me that they try to let the forum members themselves deal with it by ignoring the guy and that sooner or later the offenders reputation will get around and everyone will ignore him.
That's basically what I was saying when I said "...come back to haunt you later on...."

I don't think that it's worth it either to try chemicals; it really is very, very easy to do without.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
i used dental floss and a credit card as well for mine. i like PRHeloPilot tried to use the hair dryer, but like his it just heated up the letter and didnt make it any easier to take them off. i used a clay bar for my residue that was left on there. it all came off with no scratches either.
i dont know if it makes a difference, but i took mine off like 1 month after i took delivery of my car, i heard that if you wait a couple years you may see a hue of where the letters were on the paint from sun fading.
Well, after three years, prob. about a month and a half - been in often for the sunroof and/or the blinds. But I just noticed that the hood's got sh*tloads of chips on it. I'll have to have something done about it next year; thinking of getting the whole hood powdercoated instead of regular painting, then getting it coated with something else. Jersey's got too much loose stuff on the roads!

nicedeboy, what exactly are you trying to accomplish? Citron? annoying? I don't think so. Most people on this thread/forum (myself included) have gotten help from, have met, or even have had our cars worked on by Citron. Contribute to the thread or don't post.
