need help with my new rims and spacers
i bought some stock amg 18 inch rims from facebook. my car is an 07 c230 sport with staggered 17's. i went to put the new rims on yesterday while i was painting my calipers. well the one i put on the front hit the calipers so i ran to advance auto and bought some spacers. well they didnt fit so i took them back. my question is what size spacers do i need or what in general do i need to make these rims fit? also 2 tires are one size and 2 are different size. how do i know which are the front and which are the rear? thankyou in advance.

He is a guru with wheels and spacers for VW Busses (same 5 x 112 bolt pattern as MB) I'd bet he can fix you up with the proper spacers and lug bolts to make this safe.

Check the offset on the back of the wheel to see which one is front and back usually lower offset is in the front and tire size 225/40/18 front and 255/26535/18 is the recommended size on a staggered setup take some pics to get a better idea of wat you working with

If it’s hitting the caliper on the side spacers won’t help if it’s the front part that hits the back part one the rim then yes 10mm or 12mm
would be good ,
what offset are the new rims if the 45 offset you should go 15mm to 20mm
