Well looks like my exit is getting close. My ride was totalled last weekend. My adult son was driving and thank God he痴 fine. The MB did its job. Someone got into the fast lane and basically stopped to make an illegal u-turn. The other fella was cited. My son was not. Bad news was that I had liability on it due to age and miles and the at fault company is refusing to pay.

If the other driver was cited why is the at fault insurance refusing to pay? I would let them know you're contacting your state's insurance regulator. Include the police report.

already told them I paid my attorney retainer. They then said they received more information and are looking it over

The one thing I always wondered about the W203 (or most non SUV cars for that matter) is why the bumpers seem so much lower than that of other cars. Most crash pics I see involve the car sliding underneath whatever it hits.
Yes thank you. My son is doing well. Still has some pains and headaches. Well my guess is pure physics and aesthetics. Then when you factor in hard braking, it makes the situation worse. The NHTA has tried to fix this with minimum and maximum bumper heights but again, you can稚 account with all types of real-time accidents.
