My trusty Ultimate TV (which autorecords anything with the word mercedes in it
) has informed me that Car & Driver TV will have a show that includes a review of the Mercedes Benz C230.
Showing times are:
May 18, 2002 2:30PM CST
May 19, 2002 10:00AM CST
Both are on TNN
Here is the schedule on TNN's web site
Make sure to choose Car & Driver Television from the drop down list.
You may want to watch some Different Strokes too. :p

Isn't Ultimate TV closing down? I have DirecTivo and it's great. I got a 2 DirecTivo receiver deal, installed for $99. All the car shows are automatically recorded, Car & Driver, Motor Trend, Crank & Chrome, MotorWeek, Trucks, Autoweek, Dream Car Garage, Hot Rod TV.

Very frustrating that your survey does not include my very reliable, trusty, and capable ReplayTV (upgraded to 80 hours) which has no subscription fees.

Neither does DirecTivo if you don't subscribe. It's funny, I told them I don't want to pay the $10/mo Tivo fee and they argued so I said DirecTV without Tivo or nothing so they signed me up for DirecTv without Tivo. They told me the Tivo functions would not work. Well it works anyway for the last 6 months. I told several friends about it and I personally know 4 people with 2 DirecTivos each that don't pay for Tivo and it still works. All the channel info comes from DirecTV so why pay Tivo for the same info.
They run Linux and are easily hacked to avoid dialing up to Tivo so you don't have to pay the fee but it works anyway. You can still hack it to add another HD for additional recording time. One huge advantage to DirecTivo over regular Tivo is you get 35 hours of digital recording. On a 30 hour regular Tivo you may only get half that on they high quality setting.
