c320 4 matic wagon... lead foot.. feedback?

I am getting the wifey a new rig this coming winter.. she has beat her old meat wagon (97 Outback, 170k, hard cab driver like driving) to death and I am in no "mood" to "tune" this. It served its purpose. She is a phenominal driver in the snow and on backroads. However, the queen needs something fitting of her and my 20mo daughter.

I wanted to get her a used c320 4 matic wagon.. put some nice snow tires and whoalla.. a new meat wagon with some more power.. it is not the e500 4 matic, but I think she will be happy..

Anyone with good feedback on these? I like bad feedback even more, but good feedback is ok.

FYI, I am not impressed with 90% of all cars out there, they ALL have a lot to be desired, they are WAY overpriced and cost WAY too much money to keep on the road. This planned obsolesence crap has to end. But anyway.. Anyone Anyone Beuler?

the C-class wagons are great cars. The few rental ones we've had('03 C240 wagons) were great, very few squeaks and rattles if any, a firm but still comfortable ride, and low road noise (for a wagon). The only negative part of the interior was that various interior trim parts felt cheap, like the buttons above the radio that control the door locks, heated seats, and the climate control buttons/knobs. Not overly cheap, but could be higher quality given it's a Mercedes. The 2.6 liter V6 doesn't have much power, you really have to rev it to get up to speed quickly, but that must be why you're in the market for the 320. The only thing is that finding a used one might be hard because they're pretty rare(well, at least here in Fresno CA), and a new one impossible since MB only makes it in a 240/240 4matic for 2005. Overall though, excellent choice!!
