How to make the bi-xenon lights more blue
my 05 C230K's bi-xenon lights are very white, and the driver side light is actually brighter than the right side. is that normal?
btw does anyone know how to make the xenon lights more blue rather than white?
thanks

Remember: the bluer it is, the less visible light and more glare you get. Who do you think you will impress? You already have HID. Pointless trade-off, if you ask me.

yeah anything bluer than 6,000k is just not worth it.. get the 6,000k it will be blue enough.. I think the honda S2000 comes with the 6,000k ,but BMW and MB are more into the visablity factor.

HELP NEEDED BADLY on bi-xenon install...missing connector for headlight
I took the whole bumper off and removed the headlight and noticed the bixenons from I ordered from steve have two connectors above the light module closer to the center. My stock lights only have one connector above the inner light. Will my car not work with the bixenons or is leaving one connector on the bixenons fine? Also, I noticed that there is some sort or pvc plastic tube zip tied over the outer light module and the cap is zip tied off. Am I not suppose to connect that? Thanks

Well, I also got my lights from Steve this week. I swapped the stock bulbs with the PIAA bulbs. I found out that you do have to cut those zip ties and remove the rod that hold the power cable in place. Then plug in the cable and turn to tighten. Replace the caps.

Can anyone of you guys clarify the connector issue...I can be reached at 408-666-9658. I will repay the favor somehow. Hey kev, what did you do about the missing connector assembly? I have to pull my car into the dealer in two hours otherwise I'm screwed for the weekend.

I haven't done anything to my BIX yet coz I have to work today. I just changed the bulbs and did all the necessary connection. I'm sorry that I couldn't be more helpful.

I'm going to install the lights and leave the secondary plug empty and see what happens. Hopefully everything will turn out alright. Wish me luck and contact me by phone if any of you know what the secondary plugin is for. 408-666-9658. Thanks guys
