Hi guys,
I have a set of the bi-xenon headlights in my W203, have had them in for around a month and have always noticed movement in the left hand lamp. Eventually i got round to taking the headlight out of the car and a part of the housing is broken. The broken part is easily accessible and i want to attempt to glue it back together. What i am wondering is; what sort of glue should i use? Will a two part epoxy glue be ok?
Thanks for your help
Andrew

Thanks for that dude, I will see if i can source that tomorrow. I tried a basic 2 part epoxy and it didnt do it as the bit thats broken has to take alot of weight from the projector unit. Let it set for a couple of hours and as soon as any weight was put upon the join it gave way. My brother took the lamp apart from me, there is part number on the bit thats broke and should be around 30 to 40 USD (21 GBP) but may mean a bit of a wait to get it.
If the plastic weld fails i will go for the replacement part

Auto leveling
While many of the people who posted on this thread may not even own these cars anymore, can anyone provide the part number of the European kit that was repeatedly mentioned as having been available from MB to retrofit auto leveling on the W203?
