Actually, its 18 in most of Europe. Different places enfore it differently. Im in UK, and they are relatively careful. Not nearly as careful as in USA. I imagine France is a lot more relaxed then UK.

I was thinking more about France and Italy. If there is one, it certainly was not enforced.

When I lived in Germany, I believe the "official" drinking age was 16 (although I could be wrong). However, there was no enforcement, as far as I could tell. I used to tell people in the states that it was like the cigarrette age limit here. It was 18, but you would not have a problem buying if you were younger (of course, this has all changed now - for the better).

Tweaks s/b Gratuity

I have owned Audis for 7 years and they are all covered by a similar 4 yr/50k warranty. When I bring my car in for warranty work and ask them to make some little computer adjustments as for windows and such, it is done for free.

I would expect M-B to do the same.

Now if you were just bringing it in to do that alone w/o some warranty work, then that is another issue.
