Now for what would i use this feature?

Just curious...? it keeps my trendy sunglasses at a nice cool 64, but why else would i want this?

Talking medical / emergency tip
I guess if you cut your finger off, or if it falls off because you type too fast,
you can throw it in the console, put the dial at its coolest temp setting and drive your C-Class as fast as possible to the E.R.

Hopefully, they'll be able to sew it back on.

Used to do that before I got my Pump! Works great for keeping stuff from sitting in the sun and getting a little too warm for my comfort.
