i thought for a car, feeling nothing was the goal

for instance, if you drive through a bad path of road and you feel nothing that's a damn good car.

I suggest the Le Sabre.

Rides like you're on a cloud! You'll feel nothing! A "damn good car!"

plus you can turn the wheel with you pinky. i think the turning radius on a le sabre though is something like 98 feet.

I would like that but the buick looks too old ;-)

It's really amazing that cars like the c-class and 3-series with the 17-inch wheels can ride so smooth on the road. sometimes, it feels like you're skating on ice. I wonder if the ride would be even smoother with the 16-inch wheels.

Yes. 16 inch wheels with all season, non-performance tires feels like your riding on a cloud. I kind of miss that feeling especially during blvd crusing. But then I Remember the horrible handling...

That depends... do you want a driver's car, or a passenger's car? Mercedes mostly designs passenger's cars. They prioritize comfort and luxury. BMW has a history of designing driver's cars. They prioritize fun and agility. Hell, the most powerful MB vehicles (AMG) are slushboxes... that should tell you something right there. In traffic, i'd rather be in a Benz. On an open stretch of road with twisties, i'd take the Bimmer.
