Oil Change Cost ..or is it Free ?
Just got something in the mail from my MB dealer which shows that the "free" service charges extra for synthetic oil. When the car is newly delivered from MB, isn't synthetic oil in the engine ?

I think they're trying to screw you - might want to check out a different dealer. The car is only supposed to get synthetic oil, which the dealers should do as part of the warranty.

Yes, challenge the dealer on that.
My MB dealer said MBs come from factory with Mobil 1 - so they need to put Mobil 1 in it.
Looks like someone is trying pocket some money -charging MB for synthetic and making you pay for it.
