xenon replacement

hi guys,

i am thinking of replace my bi xenon light bulbs as well as the city light bulb for w203.
i searched on the forum. and seems like
PIAA Platinum Super White Bulbs are the good choice to match the color of the xenon. http://www.brandsport.com/pih4supwhitp.html

and i am not certain what to get for the xenon bulb. i like the whitish color. but i want it to be brighter or whiter. any recommended bulb for it?

will the PIAA bulb work for the city light?
and the bulb replace is simply take out the bulb right? or do i have to have someone do it for me?

The lighting color issue has been discussed numerous times. Someone was even kind enough to post a link explaining the different K factors and how they affect the perceived light. Put down the chunky Campbells and STFF.

In regards to bulb replacement RTFM.

Make up your mind Doug. One minute you're me and the next time you want me to use it. Quit acting like a woman. (j/k)

you can get those whitish/bluish/purpish bulb...but they are not bright..if safety is a concern for you.

on the other hand..you can get HID kit..they range from about 300-400. However, you need to on your xenon setting at the dealership.....

As far as i know, city lights are the wedge bulb, therefore it's the lower one. The higher one is the high beam bulb.

That's a bad idea. I don't know if it is illegal (it might be), but the turn signals are there for safety reasons. Don't start *******g with basic safety related items like the color of your turn signal.

Painting the rear lights will be alright, but painting the rest is a bad idea. I almost got pulled over today by a cop because he spotted me with a hyperwhite turn signal at the intersection.
