I recorded it because it airs at 4am here on the west coast. There was only three minutes or so with the C32. Oh well.

Oops, I thought you were talking about Motorweek.

Just a "last call" as the show starts locally in less than an hour.

Thanks for the heads-up, folks. Just saw the review. A standard Coupe with just one option (Panorama roof).

Very complimentary, I thought. Their only pan was the vague manual shifter (their opinion). They did a insightful comparo between the coupe and the 318ti, and how MB has gone the extra mile with non-interchangeable body styling with the sedan, compared to BMW's simple chop job of a standard 318. Not many reviews to date have been this contemplative... They also focused on the practicality of the MB hatch design as a "plus." And they loved the Panorama roof. All of these are good signs, IMO.

I thought it funny how one of the commentators described the roller sunshade in the Panorama roof as "ingenius."

c230 Coupe
yes, overall i think they did a nice job reviewing the c230- i was waiting for them to start bashing it like some other reviewers i have seen, bu the only negative comment was a bout the shift feel, which i bekieve improves with mileage. also, they had a non c7 car

So, they just rehashed the review from Oct. '01? Here's a link... C230review

i have a question why mb keeps sending the coupe out for comparisons with out the c7 package. i can't for the life of me understand this. the package only costs $750, so it doesn't seem to be price based. i agree with them putting the panoramic roof, due to it uniqueness. i think the shifter is much better with the c7.
